Automated monitoring flagged a brief gap in successful card payments during an overnight low-traffic stretch. Investigation traced it to a small cluster of ordinary card declines, with payments otherwise processing normally throughout; levels returned to typical by 4:38 AM ET.

Follow-up verification re-ran the full quiz funnel test successfully at 3:23 PM ET; the earlier alert was a brief glitch in our automated test and we found no evidence of visitor impact.

The webinar registration page stopped responding at 7:27 PM ET, returning a server timeout to visitors trying to load it. The page recovered by 7:56 PM ET and has loaded normally since, confirmed by both automated monitoring and a direct check.

The checkout page recovered by 1:43 PM ET and has accepted card details normally since.
